ABOUT JILL
Helping people understand themselves so they can work and live with greater self-awareness.

I believe healthier workplaces don't begin with better policies. They begin with people who understand what's happening inside themselves.
When we understand how stress affects the nervous system, everything changes. We communicate differently. We lead differently. We recover more quickly. And we create workplaces where people can thrive instead of simply getting through the day.
Understanding is where change begins. That belief is at the heart of everything I teach.
MT STORY
It didn't begin with mindfulness.
It began with curiosity.
For years, I was fascinated by why intelligent, capable people, myself included, could know exactly what they "should" do, yet still react in ways that didn't reflect their best selves.
That curiosity led me to study mindfulness, meditation, psychology, and nervous system science. The more I learned, the more one truth became clear: Stress isn't a character flaw. It's a biological response.
Today, I translate that science into practical workplace skills that anyone can understand and apply.
Why organizations hire me.
Because stress doesn't stay at home.
It shows up in meetings.
In difficult conversations.
In leadership.
In teamwork.
In customer service.
In decision-making.
This isn't about eliminating stress. It's about helping people understand themselves well enough to respond with greater clarity, resilience, and intention.
When individuals change how they respond, teams change how they work together. And that's where healthier workplace cultures begin.
