Saying you can't meditate is like saying you can't breathe. Everyone and anyone can do it. Meditation isn't about thinking about nothing, it's about practicing thinking about less. We all have busy lives, that's not an excuse. In fact, it's more reason to give it a try. Plus, there is quite literally no way to get it wrong. Showing up and practicing is all that's required.
